All orders are usually shipped via FedEx, EMS, Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays). Please allow up to 3 business days during sale or promotions for your order to dispatch. Orders placed after 4 pm on Thursday will be shipped out Monday the following week. Availability of products is not guaranteed. Signature is always required. Please contact us if you require an expedited package and we will do our best to accommodate you. Once your transaction is complete you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. Orders are processed and shipped from Ukraine, Kiev. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. We charge no additional handling fees. We want you to be happy with your purchasing experience and never charge your card until we have shipped your order perfectly. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer.
Shipping fees are calculated by package size/weight and changes depending on delivery address.

Items shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subjected to VAT, Import duties and or local taxes, and are to be paid by the purchaser.
We do not pay any of these duties or taxes.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES/TAXES THAT MAY APPLY.
Service Delays brand YY+ is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.
Failed Deliveries, Returned Packages & Lost Packages.
In the case that shipping company is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, brand YY+ is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, brand YY+ is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery. In the event that the incorrect address is entered at checkout, brand YY+ is not responsible for the replacement or cost of the products. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before you submit your order. In the event that your order is lost by the carrier, brand YY+ can only refund or replace your order if a successful claim is filed with the respective carrier. We are not responsible for any FedEx or USPS losses.
Please understand that brand YY+ cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to shipping provider, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and the final destination’s customs. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client.
As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
